1. Youth Skills Development Program

The Youth Skills Development Program is between three months and one-year internship program that engages secondary high school leavers aged 16-20 years, to serve as Youth Program Assistants within the organization. The program provides them the opportunity to develop the core competencies and skills required for transition from adolescence to a healthy and productive adulthood. Application is on rolling basis for the 2011-2012 programs.

2. Young and Wise HIV/AIDS Awareness project

The principal objective of this project was to empower young people on a local level to take ownership in the fight against HIV/AIDS through football activities promoting life-skills and positive decision-making. This project will bridge the gap between the community and Ghana’s healthcare system by addressing young people’s right to adequate reproductive health care and services.
Status of Project: First phase completed. Second phase, ongoing
